His experience in the music and recording industry has been a passion throughout his life. Paul began his music career at the age of 8 when he started playing drums. By the time he turned 16 he started playing piano after his father prayed for his hands. Paul since learned to play bass and lead guitar.

He began recording and producing in 2002 after being laid off from his job as a civil engineer. Since then he has been privileged to have had the opportunity to work with Tye Tribbet, Shirley Ceasar, Vickie Winans, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Brian Sompson, Donnie McClurkin, Lee Williams, LeJeune Thompson, Dorinda Clark Cole, Vashawm Mitchell,  Canton Spiritual, Steve Cole, Joey Summerville, Elan Troutman, Avery Sunshine, Anthony David, Algebra Bassett, Mint Condition, Mike Phillips, Lyfe Jennings, Vivian Green, Jason Derulo, Faith Evans, SWV, Tamia, Travis Green, Jonathan McReynolds, Marvin Sapp, Kem, Walter Beasley, Deitrik Haddon and Men of Standard, John P.
